Physical Activity for Seniors
The Physical Activity in the Third Age course provides an overview of the human process as a way to encourage and perform some basic physical exercises, benefiting the health of the elderly.
Among other topics, the practice of physical activity has a fundamental role in the health of the elderly, and it should be encouraged from the beginning of life, decreasing the deleterious effects of aging and ensuring physical and mental well-being, favoring longevity for all.
