On saturday 28th, 2017, Porf François Vellas, AIUTA President visited Djibouti and met Mohamed Wais, Chief Presidential Administration and Osman Abdi Mohamed, Director 'ONDT.

They discuss on senior tourism development with U3As and the preparation an International Conference on Silk Road project initiated from China focusing on Djibouti as one of the main hub for international exchange incuding education for all the life and senior tourism.
