On invitation Macarena Rojas, Director U3A Pontifica Catolica Universidad de Santiago de Chile, Prof François Vellas participates to RIPUAM meetings and presents AIUTA new development to South American U3As with participation Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Cuba, Chile, Costa Rica, Mexico U3As and Gran Canaria, Castilla La Mancha y Malaga U3As from Spain.  

Next RIPUAM International Congress will be organised in Costa Rica 2020.
