Activities by Senior Citizens Council of Delhi during Covid-19 pandemic. You are well aware that the Council is a registered Society duly associated with Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Govt. of India, Social Welfare Department of Delhi Govt., Delhi State Legal Services Authority & Senior Citizen Cell of Delhi Police for the last so many years. J.R.Gupta is the Chairperson, Confederation of Senior Citizens Associations of Delhi (an umbrella body of 18 Lakh senior citizens, in which as on date 142 registered SCAs stand affiliated) . He is also Executive Chairperson, ISU3A. The main objective of the Council/Confederation/ISU3A is to provide physical, mental and spiritual happiness to senior citizens on daily basis regularly to senior citizens living in Delhi, even during Covid-19 pandemic.
