Alain Koskas, President FIAPA (The International Federation of Older Persons) with Albert Evrard Sj ITC Toulouse did a presentation in Athens GB 108th on « An international comparative approach in the rights of older persons : Towards a paradigm shift ». This research program jointly with AIUTA and FIAPA will focus on a new comparative approach based on « Elderly Rhythm and Temporality ''.
