UPUA U3A University of Alicante held the second International Symposium on « Older Persons, Tourism and Health » at Facultad de Educacion in Alicante, September 14th with more than 200 participants. Prof François Vellas with AIUTA members participates in this important forum with a presentation on « AIUTA and senior study tours' '. This important symposium put together U3As with Tourism and Health sector representatives to analyse the older persons expectatives and requirements to develop an innovative approach on tourism link with education, lifelong learning and better health. Marian Alesson Carbonel, AIUTA GB Member, Director UPUA will present the Alicante Symposium conclusions to the next AIUTA GB meeting in Santiago de Chile, November 23th, 2023.
