At the invitation of the Tunisian Beït al-Hikma Academy, Professor François Vellas participated in the international seminar on the diversity of food cultures for a sustainable world. He presented Aiuta's proposals in terms of sustainable development with the Universities of the Third Age. Meetings were organized with Anis Meghirbi, member of the AIUTA Governing Board and director at the Eight University of Tunis in order to prepare the next AIUTA GB and the international seminar in Tunis and Djerba. The dates selected are Tuesday October 8 for the Board of Directors in Tunis and Thursday October 10 for the Aiuta international seminar in Djerba. The details of this program will be sent in the coming days as well as practical information. However, it is strongly recommended to book the domestic flight, Tunis/Djerba, now, in order to be able to guarantee seats, given that the Tunisair company plane is an ATR with small capacities.
