François Vellas spoke at the opening ceremony on « U3As in the world : Changes and new opportunities ». Directors U3As from Logrono, Huelva y Barcelona did presentations on national and european experiences on U3As senior students exchanges. AEPUM put together universities U3As from the whole Spain, lead by Marian Aleson Carbonell, AIUTA GB Member, Alicante university.
