Vice Rector Aigul Zhakupova, University Ualikanov (Kokshetau), Kazakhstan spoke to AIUTA ASIA International Conference organised with Metropolitan Hong Kong University, April 1st, 2025. Aigul Zhakupova explained the fast development of U3As in Kazakhstan, thanks to the dynamic strategy initiated by Rector Marat Syrlybayev from Ualikanov university with AIUTA support. University Ualikanov will organise in Astana the first national kazakhs U3A meeting with AIUTA participation next Septembre 2025.
