Thomas Kuan, founder of U3 RDAGE Singapore received Prof François Vellas, AIUTA President in Singapore two years ago, May 2023. During this visit, Thomas Kuan proposed to organise with Hong Kong Metroplitan University, School of Professional and Continuing Education an AIUTA ASIA International Conference in Hong Kong (China) with participation of Asia Pacific countries and U3As from other parts of the World. Thanks to Thomas Kuan with Carole Kuan and Benjamin Chan Tak-yen with Crystal Chen, this wonderful initiative has been implemented this year 2025. Thomas Kuan spoke at Country U3A Regional Roundtable at Hong Kong Metropolitan University, School of Professional and Continuing Education on « The U3 RDAGE Programme in Singapore » to enhance Asian international cooperation with AIUTA U3As. Singapore U3A and Hongkong Metropolitan with AIUTA will do the ASIA ASIA follow up in the whole ASIA PACIFIC Region with new countries to establish U3As and LifeLong Learning programs such as the Philippines and Indonesia.
