Thanks to the support of U3AM and its president Armoongum Parsuramen, Nelly del Forno, Director of the University of the Third Age of Sabbiadone ITALY with Professor François Vellas, President of AIUTA met Chief Commissioner Louis Serge Clair , GCSK at the office of the Rodrigues Administration in Port Mathurin on November 29, 2018 on the development of the Universities of the Third Age in Rodrigues.

AIUTA delegates also attended a meeting with Marie Pierrette Prosper, Director of the Rodrigues Tourism Office on the Organization of Study Trips for Seniors. A delegation from Rodrigues wishes to participate in the upcoming AIUTA and WSTC events in 2019 in China. Mrs Nelly del Forno presented a paper at the International Conference of AIUTA in MAURICE on pluriculturalism and the Universities of the Third Age in Italy.
